Canada geese and swans by the lake. That one Canada goose was very adamant about keeping other geese away from his family. I thought it was very commendable. Meanwhile, the swan family was lounging around and I captured a picturesque photo of them through the flowers.

We went to Riverdale Park in Toronto to try and get a glimpse of some Canada Day fireworks. I ended up taking multiple photos but since each only contained one cluster, I decided to merge them all into one photo via Photoshop. I’m really happy with the end result!

This was such a brilliant sunset that I continue to think about months later. I knew I should have trusted my gut when I saw the clouds earlier on along with the fact that there were thunderstorms that afternoon. I regret missing out on capturing that rainbow in its entirety. Had I trusted myself, I would have had time to go to my spot by the lake to photograph the rainbow. Instead, I had to settle for a shadow of what could have been as it started to fade.
