Some may think that the fog transformed these various landscapes and treescapes by the lake into something a touch spookier than normal but I think they feel quite cozy. With low visibility and sound muffled like it had just snowed, the rest of the world felt like it had disappeared.

Some of my favourite photos from this past winter and easily a sunset I’ll never forget. I already couldn’t get enough of the frozen lake and then the sunset transformed the sky into something otherworldly. The swans walking atop the frozen lake reflecting the hues of the sky was an added bonus.
