A cemetery road during winter. That statue hiding behind that one tree? Scared the living daylights out of me while editing.

The previous day saw a huge storm so naturally, we went to the Scarborough Bluffs the next day for some photos. The snow was very deep and complete with a sheet of ice at the bottom. It made walking very difficult and we had to be super cautious. Naturally, that didn’t help and both my mom and I took a tumble and ended up with a face full of snow. Cue me holding my camera up not to get it wet! It was all worth it though!!

Some shots of Toronto’s winter at Withrow Park. I love when snow turns the whole landscape silent and you really are able to connect with nature. It sounds cheesy, I know, but it’s one of the only things I look forward to every winter.

A blooming tree in summer. Almost looks like something otherworldly would live here.

Cherry blossom season is here! High Park is a well known spot in Toronto to catch a glimpse of the pretty Sakura blossoms. Cherry blossoms are my favourite flowers and so I was super excited to be able to see them up close. We visited just in time as some trees were starting to look a little bare. One good rainfall with a bit of wind and that would be the end of that!

These photos were taken a few minutes apart. It started to snow and it started to snow hard. It made the drive home a little difficult but it made for some beautiful photos and scenery!
